From hair brushes to water tutorials to horse coat color charts, this artist is both a great teacher, despite her language barrier, and a HUGE inspiration to many.

daneart.deviantart.com/favourites/45920484 - be forewarned if you are a member and have nudity set to show you may see some. Dane is a personal friend and mentor of mine, who has spent several years building several resources and holding many learning seminars. Her most recent being a two day event of streaming artists in which veiwers could ask questions and recieve in the moment tips for different programs.
arrsistable.deviantart.com/art/Very-Hairy-Dynamic-117867436 - To die for hairy brush, paired with aomori's brush set which can be found in her gallery folder linked above, these brushes makes some yummy flufffffy horses. :>
hints-and-tips.deviantart.com/ - a great resource group in general but you will have to do some digging through gallery collections.
fantasy-backgrounds.deviantart.com/ - another great resource of premade fantasy background scenes, for folks who use the photo shoot item or set up photo shoot rooms, this can be an especially fun resource.
I had meant to note that you may have to do some digging to find something that works for you or pertains to what you are trying to create.
For example you may not find a horse shading tutorial helpful as we are not drawing a horse on a white canvas. But I know many would probably find this hoofs in sand tutorial incredibly helpful - janaw.deviantart.com/art/Tutorial-Hoofs-on-sand-ground-180952193
